Helping Hand Aged Care is committed to providing the highest standard of occupational health and safety to its employees, volunteers and contractors. In order to achieve this, a Safety and Wellness Plan has been implemented to establish effective strategies to manage occupational health and safety in the workplace that is integrated into all aspects of service delivery to our residents/clients, quality system and business functions.

GOAL- PREVENTION, PROMOTION & MUTUAL RESPONSIBILITY

The overarching goal for the management of Safety and Wellness is the prevention of work related injuries and illness, and the promotion of safe work practices, procedures and a healthy lifestyle
