Organisational plan

The Organisational Plan was endorsed by the Board in January 2006. Copies of the Plan are available on request. Poster versions have also been made for display at all Helping Hand sites. Download Organisational Plan poster edition (PDF 1.3Mb).

The implementation of the Plan is being guided by a comprehensive Implementation Plan, which includes a tool for monitoring the work being done. The Planning Cycle has also been endorsed, and will guide the development of divisional and other plans and ensure they link to the Organisational Plan.
