Helping Hand is a not-for-profit organisation offering home care services, retirement living and residential care homes to over 7,000 clients in metropolitan and regional South Australia.

Established in 1953 we are recognised as one of the most progressive aged care service providers in Australia. Our clients and their choices are at the heart of all that we do. That is why our broad range of services deliver a variety of care options that allow for independence at home and full support in our residential sites.
