Welcome to the Helping Hand staff portal!

This area of our website is for current employees of Helping Hand and allows employees to access various online systems. Click a button to be taken to the log in page for that system.

Most systems can be accessed using your Helping Hand email address and password, except EmployeeOnline Mobile, which can be accessed from your mobile device using your personal username and password. If you have forgotten your EmployeeOnline Mobile password, use the Forgot Password link on the home screen of EmployeeOnline Mobile and enter your Helping Hand email address. Note: You cannot use your personal email address.

The Reset Email Password function will only work if you know your old password. If you have forgotten your email password, or have trouble accessing any of the systems on this page, please call the IT Help Desk on 08 8366 5499 during business hours (8.30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday).
