This section of our website is for current employees of Helping Hand

Welcome to the Helping Hand staff portal. This area allows you to access your Helping Hand email account and the online e-Learning resources that are available to staff.

A separate login is required for each of these areas.  This will be provided by your Manager or Supervisor or via email from the IT Help Desk.

If you have any problems accessing any of these services, please call the IT Help Desk on 8366 5499 during business hours (8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday).

Each of these services will provide further information about supporting you to use these products once you have logged in.


 

Email Access

This section allows you to access your Helping Hand email through a web-based version of Outlook.

You will be able to read and reply to emails via this portal, but you will only be able to read email attachments if your computer has the right programs on it to do so e.g. Microsoft Word.

You may be prompted to change your password if this is the first time you have accessed this system.


 

Community Services Training (Aged Care Channel – ACC)

This training relates to the delivery of our community based services.

When you log in to this service you will be able to review your required learning plan and learning you have already completed.  When you successfully complete each topic, a certificate will be issued that you can print and keep for your records.

Please use your Helping Hand email address provided to log in (not your personal email address) in the format username@helpinghand.org.au, eg jdoe@helpinghand.org.au. Your initial password will be emailed to your Helping Hand email account from ACC.


 

Residential Services Training (e3Learning)

This training relates to the delivery of residential based services to Helping Hand clients. Login details will be provided to you by your supervisor. Login details will be provided to you by your supervisor.

When you log in to this service you will be able to preview your required learning plan and learning you have already completed.   When you successfully complete, a certificate will be issued that you should print and keep for your records.


 

Safety Training (e3Learning)

New employees are required to undertake a number of compulsory training courses as part of their Helping Hand induction program.  You will be required to undertake this training, complete and online test and will be issued a certificate  to verify your completion.  You should print and provide a copy to your supervisor.
