Sunday 7 August 2022 is Aged Care Employee Day.

It’s a chance to recognise and celebrate the individuals who contribute to caring for older people, enabling them to live their best lives.

We cannot underestimate the value of the aged care workforce, especially over the trying conditions of the past couple of years. They put their heart into their work, and their commitment to the wellbeing of the people in their care is exceptional.

Thank you for your compassion and respect, your excellence and your sense of community, and for making a difference to the lives of older people.
