Our payroll team make sure staff receive the right pay on time every fortnight.
We know that our staff have busy lives and many commitments outside of work. We support staff by providing flexible work arrangements where needed.
Every September, we recognise and thank our staff and their contributions through Staff Appreciation Month.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we offer staff salary packaging to increase their take home pay. We partner with the Community Business Bureau (CBB) to support staff to access salary packaging.
We support employees to consider further education and study. This ensures we have the most educated and qualified staff possible. Employees may be entitled to one of the following:
- Study support, which may include having up to 50% of your degree paid for
- The option to take study leave
- A fully funded scholarship
We offer our employees and their immediate family members free and confidential counselling and support from an external counselling service. Counsellors can help staff with personal, family or work issues that are impacting their wellbeing.
