We have a dedicated website page that shares the latest news and updates specific to Helping Hand and our response to COVID-19. As information and circumstances are continuously evolving at the moment, from Wednesday 5 January 2022 this page will be updated every weekday at around 3pm with the latest information on the ever-changing situation.

We have plans in place so that we can continue to provide quality care for people in our residential care homes and for the thousands of people in metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia who receive home care services. We are also working with staff at all levels of our organisation to ensure they are fully aware of all the preventative measures and have access to the latest information and updates.

This is a challenging time for everyone in South Australia, and we thank you again for your patience and understanding as we have acted quickly and with compassion, with the interests of our Helping Hand community at the heart of our decisions.
