Dale

Dale is a Client Support Officer and works within our home care team. For three years he has been helping older South Australians access services, to keep them independent in their own homes.

Before working with Helping Hand, he volunteered his time to work with male youths and coordinating volunteers with a local council.

He is passionate about helping people: ‘I like to help people be the best person they want to be and need to be. I am there for people when they need it, I will always do my best to work with clients to get them the result they want.’

‘I have a very supportive manager; she has helped me grow a lot and I can’t give her enough praise for what she has done. We have a really good team focus, and I really like the interactions with other teams. I like the human interaction – you get to speak with a lot of people.’
