Our 2019-20 Annual Review is now available online

2019/20 was a period of significant milestones for Helping Hand.

Our 2019-20 Annual Review gives an overview of how we have continuously improved our services and facilities and worked towards our strategic vision to be the most trusted and exceptional partner in aged care and wellbeing services.

Throughout 2019/20 we embarked on new projects and partnerships; invested in staff development and capital works and set our course for the next five years with the adoption of our 2020-25 Strategic Plan.

2020 was a year in which we raised funds for Bushfire relief, established a Dementia Scholarship and of course, responded to the challenges of COVID-19 with agility, innovation and reliance; ensuring our residents, clients, families and staff were COVID-19 safe and prepared.
