In preparation for your induction appointment, could you please follow the instructions below to download and install the App. If you experience any issues,  advise your supervisor at your induction.

If you need assistance, please call the office on 1300 444 663 and ask to speak to your supervisor.

Go to the Employees page for links to Email and Kineo.


Android devices: Operating System 6 or higher

  1. Ensure you have adequate data and that it is turned on
  2. Change security to Allow Unknown Sources (you can undo this change after the install)
    • Navigate to Settings > Security
    • Check the option Unknown sources
    • Accept any messages to allow or trust
  3. Copy the Helping Hand Server server details (on the link below, press and hold your finger for a second, release and select Copy link address)

  4. Download the Procura App by tapping

  5. Find your download and tap to start the install process
  6. Allow Procura to access your phone and Install, then click Open
  7. Tap the Settings cog (top right)
  8. In the white area under Server, hold your finger down for a second, release and select Paste
  9. Scroll down the page and tap Save Changes
  10. You should have a shortcut to the App on one of your screens

Apple devices: iPhone 6 or newer, iOS 11 or higher

You will be sent a link via SMS for a “Gift Card” which will automatically take you to the App Store.

If you have not received this SMS, do not proceed any further and contact the office on 1300 444 663.

Before starting, have your Apple ID and password ready.

  4. Sign into the iTunes Store and Open the App
  5. Allow Procura to access your location, select Always allow
  6. Tap the Settings cog (top right)

  8. Scroll down the page and tap Save Changes
  9. You should have a shortcut to the App on one of your screens

I have a new Android phone, how can I get the App back on my phone?
Follow the instructions above, you will need to download the App again and install it.
