Welcome to the Helping Hand staff portal!

This area of our website is for current employees of Helping Hand and allows you to access:

These systems can be accessed using your Helping Hand email address and password.

Email Access

You can access your Helping Hand email through a web-based version of Outlook. You will be able to read and reply to emails, but you will only be able to open email attachments if your computer has the right programs to do so e.g. Microsoft Word.

eLearning/Kineo

New employees are required to undertake a number of mandatory training courses prior to starting work at Helping Hand.

Existing employees may be required to undertake training courses yearly or as requested by their Manager. A certificate of completion will be issued to you. You will need to provide a copy to your supervisor.
