Healthcare can be provided in a client’s home. Alternatively, our Wellbeing Centres in Golden Grove and Parafield Gardens are open Monday to Friday and offer care, social interaction and peer support.

Our one hour Eat Well workshop offers practical tips and advice for eating well to maintain good nutrition. It includes a cooking demonstration,and you will leave with practical written information to take home. Your family members or carers are welcome to attend with you.
The one-off workshop is coordinated by a Helping Hand dietitian. Once you’ve attended the workshop, you will be offered a follow up phone or clinic appointment with a dietitian.

Our eight week program focuses on lowering your risk of falls, and
building confidence and independence so you can stay on your feet!
Combining twice weekly strength and balance exercise classes, and
education sessions from different allied health professionals, this program focuses on giving you the skills, strength and know-how to stay safe, active and steady on your feet.
Live with Energy is a small-group one hour session with a maximum of four participants. Led by a qualified Occupational Therapist, it is designed specifically for older adults. Learn practical strategies to manage tiredness, boost daily energy, and make everyday tasks easier.
Whether you’re dealing with chronic fatigue or just want to feel more in control, this group will help you pace yourself, prioritise what matters, improve independence, and maintain engagement in the activities you love. Small changes can make a big difference – join us and start living with more ease and energy.
