Our mental health is just as important as our physical health. We offer a range of group programs for older people to support and nurture confidence, wellbeing and friendship. Experience personal growth on subjects that benefit mind and body in one of our short courses.

Blues Busters

Provides a welcoming safe space to enjoy the company of others and talk about a range of topics. This course assists in reducing social isolation and improving mental health.

Positive Life/Positive Mind

This eight-week group program assists in reducing social isolation and improving mental health. Topics include:
/ mindfulness and relaxation
/ memory and ageing
/ community connections
/ healthy mind, healthy body
/ and more.

Carer Support and Wellbeing

Caring for someone is rewarding, but can also be challenging. Our group program for carers provides a safe and supportive space to share stories, ask questions and meet other carers.
The sessions cover a range of topics to support carers, including:
/ the value of carers
/ the benefits and challenges
/ the changes in caring
/ celebrating relationships
/ taking care of yourself
/ and more.
