Positive Life/Positive Mind
This eight-week group program assists in reducing social isolation and improving mental health. Topics include:

Carer Support and Wellbeing
Caring for someone is rewarding, but can also be challenging. Our group program for carers provides a safe and supportive space to share stories, ask questions and meet other carers.
The sessions cover a range of topics to support carers, including:

/ the benefits and challenges
/ the changes in caring
/ celebrating relationships
/ taking care of yourself
/ and more.
