Helping Hand employs hundreds of nurses across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia, and we are proud to partner with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Education Centre (ANMEC) to deliver the Transition to Professional Practice Program (TPPP) across all of our care homes. Where you will work

As a TPPP participant, you will work collaboratively within multidisciplinary care teams, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. This program is well suited to graduates who are passionate about person-centred care, value client choice and independence, enjoy working in fast-paced settings, and thrive as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Nursing
  • Eligible for AHPRA registration
  • Valid NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in aged care
