Live regionally?

When you join the team at any of our unique regional locations, you’ll find yourself part of a network of more than 500 Helping Hand employees who work in small towns and communities across South Australia. That means you’ll be doing your bit to help the 1,200 plus regional clients who rely on the support our services provide.

Helping Hand exists wherever you’re offering a helping hand. And today, that’s in more regional communities than ever before! We’re continuing to grow so we can provide care and support services to those who need it most, no matter their location.

We’d love for you to join us. Whether it’s in nursing, Allied Health care, corporate services, gardening, cooking or more, find the position that’s right for you, right where you want to be. From the Eyre Peninsula’s Port Lincoln, to Clare, just 150 km north of Adelaide, you’ll find dedicated, connected teams working across our regional communities. Here, our residential care homes are especially cosy, welcoming and connected to the wider community.

Contribute directly to a community you care about.

Are you a recent nursing graduate?

Helping Hand is proud to partner with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Education Centre (ANMEC) to deliver the Transition to Professional Practice Program (TPPP) across all of our care homes in regional South Australia.

This structured graduate program is designed to support your transition from student to registered nurse, providing strong clinical foundations through mentorship, supervision, and opportunities to develop specialist skills in aged care.
