We offer many different groups that clients can choose from based on their interests. Make new friends, stay in touch with old ones, and enhance your health and wellbeing.
Joining a wellness group is a great way to meet new people and improve your mental health and wellbeing.
The group sessions cover a range of topics designed to assist you in reducing social isolation, dealing with grief and loss, and improving your general mental health.
Mental health is just as important as physical health. Our short courses cover mindfulness and healthy ageing. Experience personal growth on subjects that will benefit mind and body in one of our eight to ten week courses.
