Aged care is so important

Some people forget that. You don’t and neither do we. Because helping people is what we were born to do.

  • At Helping Hand, it matters to more than 7,000 older people across South Australia.
  • Join more than 2,200 dedicated people working in or supporting Retirement Living, Residential Care, Help at Home and Wellness.
  • We get it – it’s more than just money. You don’t do it for the pat on the back. You do it because you know it matters.

Be part of something bigger

Here, every moment matters and every client counts. And know this: for each little thing you do each day for the older people in your care, there are many, many more taking place – all through the care of Helping Hand employees like you.

We’re creating a brighter future with Helping Hand, for older people and you.

Helping Hand operates in over 20 communities across South Australia, where we were born and where our roots will always be.

We’re connected to every place through our teams and the people they support. So ‘here’ isn’t one location. It’s about you. It’s where you are. It’s about the experiences you create.

We’ve been doing this work since 1953. That’s a long journey, and we’re proud of our stability and strength. We’re also proud of the security and opportunity that this brings for our people.

But why stop there?

We’re on a mission to continue to grow and improve our services and our impact, hand in hand with our fantastic team.

At Helping Hand you have the opportunity to help shape the future for older South Australians. Watch the video and see how some of our team are already making a difference.
